Ken says "Inspired in 2007 in Jackson Hole the day prior the Jackson Hole One fly.  After capturing a Hecuba  I went back to the condominium and fashioned this fly.  Used the next day it helped a contestant  score the highest score that day on the Snake River in Jackson Hole.   The curved hook, trailing  shuck, foam back with cdc wings ensure a fly which “hangs” in the surface, floats supremely and  suggests an emerging Hecuba accurately.  This fly has been a go-to pattern in this event on the  Upper Snake now for seventeen years."
